Unicalibre Solutions is hiring a Senior Estimator with expertise in estimating structures and flooring. We’re looking for a motivated professional with the right attitude who can lead a team effectively. This is a work-from-office position.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, organize, and distribute design documents to the internal team.
- Review design documents for completeness, compile comments, and request additional information to ensure comprehensive estimates.
- Perform quantity take-offs, analyses, and estimates for assigned trades and building systems.
- Ensure all pricing within the estimates or proposals is accurate and up-to-date, reflecting recent pricing data, subcontractor bids, or budgets.
- Train new estimators on software and client-specific processes.
- Participate in client review calls to present and discuss estimates.
Required Work Experience
- Minimum of 3 years as a construction estimator with experience in structures, flooring, and landscaping.
- Proficient in software such as AutoCAD, Revit Structures, Measure Square, Safe Harbor, Planswift, and similar tools.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
